Parties a la Carte is dedicated to providing the very best party planning service for children ages 2 to 13. With more than 50 themes to choose from, we're sure to have just what your child wants! Whether you need us to handle the entire party from the earliest planning all the way to "thank you" notes, or just provide ideas and a structure to get you moving in the right direction, Parties a la Carte has the right options and services for you.

Our features include:

consulting services designed to involve you and your child in the process, yielding a comprehensive Party Plan that is both creative and unique to your child; your choice of three complete, predesigned party packages - built to fit any budget; a vast array of a la carte items, to either add to an existing package or to create your own, totally-unique party; customized invitations, thank-you notes, and games/banners an extensive selection of games, crafts, and activities -- theme and non-theme related; a link to reputable, quality entertainers throughout the Syracuse Area -- musicians, magicians, clowns, kid's characters, storytellers, etc.; hostessing services; Polaroid photographs; food/cake catering; decorating and cleanup services; and many extras designed to create the best party experience ever for your child!!

Parties a la Carte strives to create a party that is creative, fun and unique to your child. Toward that end, we have developed a "Party Profiler" questionnaire that will help us get to know both you and your child better. By taking the time to answer the basic questions on the form, Parties a la Carte will be better able to serve you. Contact us for your copy of the Party Profiler, or print the form yourself using the link above. Upon completion of the form, and based on the information you and your child share, a preliminary proposal will be drafted. A $30.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time the proposal is presented to cover consultant fees, proposal presentation and travel expenses. Parties a la Carte accepts checks or cash. Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge.

Parties should be booked at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event in order to secure the event and avoid any additional charges that may be required to expedite the process. Parties featuring the services of outside entertainers are dependent on the individual entertainer's schedule and guidelines. We recommend booking parties well in advance to secure your desired date and time.
